This week, we will be learning about insects. We will learn about different types of insects, how to tell if something is an insect and their life cycle. We are so excited because we just got our ladybug larva in class. We will be taking care of the larva and watching them grow into full sized ladybugs! When they are all grown up, we will release them outside.

We will also be learning about the letter Zz this week. We will focus on identification, formation and sound!

There are some things we work on everyday in Pre-K 3, no matter the theme. This includes the calender, Pledge of Allegience, the weather report, counting, the whole alphabet, following directions, taking turns, sharing with our friends, and listening to the teacher. We play as many games as possible to practice being good friends and our listening skills.

• Wednesday, June 15th is our Pre-K step up ceremony. It is at 1:15pm in the gym.

• Wednesday - Art 10:30AM-11:10AM with Mrs. Murphy
• Friday - Italian with Mrs. Woodward
